Terms of service
These terms apply to QTAI Cards at qtai-cards.netlify.app, a service of Quantum Task AI (“QTAI”, “we”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.
1. The service
QTAI Cards lets you build a digital business card with a public page, QR codes, lock-screen wallpapers, wallet-style and smartwatch images, email signatures and share links, receive contact details from people you meet, and run checks on those contacts. We improve and change features over time; we will not remove the core service (your card page, contact file and QR code) without notice.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your card link (for example
/c/your-name) is reserved for you while your account exists and cannot be changed, so that printed QR codes keep working. - You can delete your account at any time under Account. This removes your card, pictures and contacts permanently.
3. Your content
- You own what you put on your card. You give us permission to store it and show it on your public page and in the images and files the service generates for you — nothing more.
- Only publish details and pictures you have the right to use. Do not put other people's personal information on your card without their permission.
- Contacts sent to you are given to you by the people who sent them. Use them lawfully and respect requests to be removed.
- Contact checks return information from third-party sources that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Treat results as leads to confirm, not as facts, and use them only for legitimate business purposes.
- No unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, no spam, and no attempts to interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Price, payment and refunds
- Access to QTAI Cards is a one-time payment of AED 59, made through Ziina. There is no subscription and no renewal.
- The payment unlocks your account for as long as the service runs. If we ever discontinue QTAI Cards, we will give at least 90 days' notice so you can download your contact file, images and contacts.
- Refunds: if something does not work as described and we cannot put it right, email us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it. Refunds are made through Ziina to the original payment method.
- Prices may change for new purchases; a purchase already made is not affected.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it. Hosting, payment, sign-in and email are provided by third parties (Netlify, Ziina, Google, Resend) and can have outages. The full-screen QR page and the contact-details QR code are designed to keep working without a connection; keep a saved copy of your QR image as a backup.
6. Liability
The service is provided as described, without further warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for how other people use the details you choose to make public.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are handled by the courts of Dubai.
